This villa is located in Kastraki, on the west coast towards the south of Naxos, about 30 minutes by car from Chora and 5 minutes from Mikri Vigla (Kite surf spot). The famous Kastraki Beach is only 200 meters from the villa.

Iliaki Villa is located in a 1600 m² area, composed by an outdoor area with an amazing Private Pool and an outdoor kitchen.

This 120 m² Villa consists on the ground floor in a fully equipped kitchen with a living room.

On the first floor there is one bedroom with double bed and an ensuite bathroom.

On the basement there are 2 bedrooms overlooking a terrace, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet and an another independent toilet.

There is also an outdoor dining area with a 8×4 m2 Swimming Pool, a sun terrace, sunbeds, outside shower and nice garden with a bowling ground French “pétanque”.

You can start your day on the veranda located on the ground floor and you can admire the sunset from the balconies on the first floor!

The sea view and sunset view are sensational and the peace and the silence will make your stay absolutely great!

The entire house is equipped with all modern amenities.
