Iremia Villa – 5 Bedrooms Villa

Iremia Villa  is a brand new 5 Bedrooms Villa located in Kastraki, on the west coast towards the south of Naxos, about 30 minutes by car from Chora and 5 minutes from Mikri Vigla (Kite surf spot).

The villa is located in a 1500 m² area, composed by an outdoor area with a beautiful sea view and sunset view.

The famous Kastraki Beach is only 200 meters from the villa.

This 180 m² Villa consists on the ground floor in a fully equipped kitchen with a living room, one bathroom and 1 independent bedroom with double bed.

On the first floor there is bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom.
There is also a beautiful terrace with sofa’s, low table and sun beds and an amazing view on the sea and Mikri Vigla rock.

On the basement there are 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, 2 rooms with a double bed and one with bunk bed.

There is also a Laundry.

You can enjoy your day in the outdoor dining area with a sun terrace, sunbeds and a nice garden with a bowling ground French “pétanque”.

The sea view and sunset view are sensational and the peace and the silence will make your stay absolutely great!

The entire house is equipped with all modern amenities.

• Bedroom 1 – First Floor : 1 double bed (160 cm) and ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 2 – Ground Floor : 1 double bed (160 cm). This bedroom is independent, the bathroom is inside the house
• Bedroom 3 – Basement: 1 double bed (160 cm) and bathroom in the room and a private terrace
• Bedroom 4 – Basement: 1 double bed (160 cm) and ensuite bathroom
• Bedroom 5 – Basement: 1 bunk bed and ensuite bathroom

Each bathroom has a toilet.

This villa is the perfect choice for a big family or two families.
