Villa Carpe Diem – 3 Bedrooms Villa with Private Pool

Villa Carpe Diem is a 82 m² brand new 3 Bedrooms Villa with Private Pool, located only 900 meters from Agia Anna Beach.

The villa is located in a brand new small complex of villas. It consists in a small living room with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a wonderful dining terrace.

There is also a nice veranda with umbrellas and sunbeds and a 8×2 m² Pool.

On the ground floor there is the living room with 2 sofas and the TV, the kitchen, one bedroom with one double bed and a direct access to the veranda. There is also a second bedroom with a bunk bed. Finally there is a nice bathroom with a shower. There is also a small storage with a washing machine and a dryer machine.

On the first floor there is the master bedroom, a nice bathroom with a shower and  a wonderful terrace with a dining table, a kitchenette with a small fridge and a barbeque. From this terrace you can admire an amazing sunset every evening!

In every double bedroom there is also a Smart TV.

The peace and the silence will make your stay absolutely great. The Villa is equipped with all modern amenities and it is located in a very quiet area. 

Close to the villa there are nice beach bars, Greek taverns and restaurants. There is also a supermarket just 300 meters from the villa. 

The Villa can accommodate up to 6 guests maximum.

At disposal of the guests there is also a private parking (for 1 car) close to the villa. We recommend to rent a car or a scooter. You can ask us information about the rent, so we can arrange it at your arrival.

Why Agia Anna? At only 6 km from Chora, you can stay in Agia Anna, the perfect spot for the sunset view. It is a very well-organized beach with sun beds, umbrellas and beach bars and restaurants. The color of the water makes this beach one of the most beautiful of Naxos. It’s a small village very close to Agios Prokopios and Plaka, wonderful beaches with amazing sunset view.
