HOUSE RENTAL MANAGEMENT – RENTAL SERVICE DURING THE SUMMER

  • the listing management at Booking & Airbnb 
  • the reservations through our website and the most important platforms
  • the posts on our Social Media Pages to advertise your house
  • the welcome of your guests 
  • the check in/check out process
  • the cleaning of the property
  • the communication with the guests from the reservation until the check out
  • And during their stay we offer a huge list of services and of course we offer a 24h support!

What we offer:

  • take care of your house during the winter
  • carry out monthly visits to verify the general conditions
  • send a report of our visits every month
  • check the house after bad weather conditions (strong winds or heavy rain)
  • manage the seasonal opening and the closing of the pool
  • take care of the garden and pool throughout the year
  • if required, we manage the yearly property maintenance by our team of professional workers
  • if you have a brand-new house, we can help to furnish it or do maintenance work, with the cooperation of our team of professional workers and we help to choose the supply contracts for electricity, water & internet
  • (if you need help) manage the payment of the bills during the year
  • organize a general cleaning of the house before your arrival

  • carry out monthly visits of every property to verify the general conditions

  • if a single owner needs help, we can suggest our list of workers for any kind of requests inside/outside the single house

HOUSEWARMING PARTY

Have you bought a new house in Naxos and want to have a nice housewarming party with your family and friends?

We can organize your Housewarming Party! What does “House Warming Party” mean? It is a party that is traditionally held immediately after moving to a new house. It’s an opportunity for owners to present their new home to friends! 

What can we do for you? We will help you organize a party. We have to choose a date, preferably in May/June or September! Dinner is organized, with the support of a catering company that will take care of the menu and drinks to be served. We start with a welcome cocktail and continue with a standing or seated dinner! Obviously we will have to decorate your home with flowers and candles. You can dance with a DJ who will make the evening even more fun! If you want to organize a welcome party, write us an email!
