This Villa is located 200 meters from the beach.

This 151 m² Villa has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens.

On the First Floor there is one bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a nice veranda with Sea View!

On the Ground Floor  there is one bedroom with a double bed, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a patio with outdoor seating.

On the Lower Ground Floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms have one double bed and the third bedroom has one single bed. There is also a living room, a second open plan kitchen and there are two WC. This level has independent access to the garden.

This is a perfect choice for 9 guests.

The peace and the silence will make your stay absolutely great. The villa is equipped with all modern amenities.

We suggest to rent a car. You can contact us for an offer, so you can rent it at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the Villa.

Why Pyrgaki? 18 km from Chora you can stay in Pyrgaki. It is perfect location for those who love peace and silence and for those looking for places with few tourists! After Glyfada you reach Aliko, also known as Hawai Beach, an absolutely wild and spectacular beach. Then you can continue towards Pirgaki and Agiassos, two beautiful free beaches where there are very few tourists and some beach restaurants.
