PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – RENTAL SUMMER

We manage the property in the different platforms, we manage the cleaning, the check in/check out and the communication with the clients. 

Your house will be available on our website and on the different platforms, like Booking and Airbnb. 

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT – WINTER 

We can do for you:

• take care of your home during the winter.
• carry out monthly checks, for the entire duration of the contract, to verify the general conditions.
• send a report of our visits every month.
• check your house after bad weather conditions (strong winds or heavy rain).
• manage the payment of your bills during the winter.
• take care of the garden and swimming pool throughout the year.
• if you buy a new home, we can help you furnish it or do maintenance work.
• help you to choose the supply contracts for electricity, water and internet and choose an insurance company.
