- carry out monthly checks, for the entire duration of the contract, to verify the general conditions.
- send a report of our visits every month.
- check your house after bad weather conditions (strong winds or heavy rain).
- manage the payment of your bills during the winter.
- take care of the garden and swimming pool throughout the year.
- if you buy a new home, we can help you furnish it or do maintenance work.
- help you to choose the supply contracts for electricity, water and internet and choose an insurance company.
