This complex is located on the main street that connect Chora with Agia Anna, so you will need a car to reach restaurants, supermarkets and beach bars.

This 90 m² Villa consists in a fully equipped kitchen, one kitchenette, 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 bathrooms.

The ground floor has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a covered veranda with an outdoor seating area and an additional open veranda.

The upper floor has a separate double room with its own kitchenette and en-suite bathroom. This floor has 2 verandas with seating area and nice view!

As the two levels are connected only by an external staircase, each floor offers a degree of privacy while remaining part of the same villa.

The villa is suitable for families, couples, or groups looking for comfortable accommodation with both shared and private spaces.

There is also a very nice private garden with an outdoor dining area, where you can enjoy the spectacular sea view and sunset view.
