There is also a Covered Veranda with outdoor kitchen and a BBQ area. At disposal of the guests there is a Tennis Court and a free parking. The peace and the silence will make your stay absolutely great!
The 3 villas have amazing balconies where you can enjoy the sunset!
This is the perfect choice for a group of friends or a big family!
Every villa can accommodate up to 7/8 guests, so if you are a big group, you can rent all the complex.
We suggest you to rent a car or a scooter, you can contact us for an offer, so you can rent it at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the Villa.

Why Plaka? Plaka is the perfect spot for the sunset view and the color of the water makes this beach one of the most beautiful of Naxos. It is a very well-organized beach with sun beds, umbrellas, beach bars and restaurants. It’s a small area very close to Agios Prokopios and Agia Anna, wonderful beaches with amazing sunset view.

Avros Villa is a 101 m² 3 Bedrooms Villa with a kitchen, a living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Avros is the Villa located close to the Tennis Court.
This villa can accommodate up to 8 guests.
