Plioni Villas is a complex of 2 Villas, each one with private pool and garden and 2 Sea View Suites with outdoor Jacuzzi.

This complex is located in Mikri Vigla, at the end of Sahara Beach! The amazing beach of Kastraki is located only 500 meters from the Complex.

Plioni Luxury Villa is a 95 m² 2 Bedrooms Villa with Private Pool.

The big pool 9.1m x 4.6m is surrounded by 150 m2 of lawn and a 970 m² Garden  with sunbeds. There is also a large covered terrace of 43 m2 that lead to the pool. To the right of the shaded terrace is the outside dining area, with a worktop with sink and an electric BBQ, perfect for whipping up some delicious dinners at the big black and white marble table.

This villa has 3 floors.

The ground floor has a bright living room with dedicated sitting and dining areas, a fully equipped kitchen and a WC. It’s decorated in vibrant colors with unique, custom-made wooden and Naxian marble furniture and artisanal ceramics. 

On the elevated ground floor there is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room and a steam bath. This bedroom has a nice terrace with garden and pool view.

In the semi basement, descend 12 steps from the ground floor, there is  the second bedroom with 2 single beds, one single sofa bed and an ensuite bathroom  with a shower. This bedroom has a large window overlooking a south facing cour-anglaise.

Description of the 2 bedrooms:

Elevated ground floor: 1 bedroom with queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with steam bath.

Semi basement: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 single sofa bed, en-suite bathroom.

We suggest you to rent a car or a scooter, you can contact us for an offer, so you can rent it at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the Villa.

“Beautiful peaceful location, with clean pool and south-facing garden. Well equipped kitchen with modern feel and comfy seats inside and out. A few minutes drive to a number of bakeries, shops and tavernas. Close to it are two relatively good beaches: Kastraki, one of the clearest waters in the island and Mikri Vigla nice beach with sunbeds and beach bars. It is about 25′ drive time from Chora.  The outside space with the pool is great and the area really quiet!!”
