Villa Ammilia is a beachfront Brand New 255 m² 9 Bedrooms Villa with Private Pool, located just in front of the famous Plaka Beach.

There is an amazing 4000 m² Garden with a 90 m² Private Pool, a big terrace with outdoor furniture, sun loungers, umbrellas, BBQ, outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen, pavilion/kiosk and an outdoor shower! There is also a small basket court!

The villa is located on the beach of Plaka, with a direct access to the beach!

The Villa consists in a fully equipped kitchen (with fridge, freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, espresso machine), a big living room with a 3m x 2m sofa and large flat-screen TV, 9 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms with shower (8 en-suite) and a first-floor guest WC. 

 And there is a Top Floor Terrace with sofa, outdoor kitchen and a table with an incredible sea view and sunset view!
