Villa Kiko is an amazing 3 Bedrooms Villa located on the top of the hill in Orkos, with a breathtaking sea view and sunset view!

This 98 m² Villa consists in a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with 2 sofa beds and dining room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The most amazing thing of this Villa is the view of Plaka Beach until the lights of Chora & the castle to the north of the Island.

On the Ground Floor there is the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, a big veranda with a sea view and the backyard veranda in the garden.

On the lower Floor there are the 3 bedrooms:

• 1 bedroom with a double bed
• 1 bedroom with a double bed
• 1 bedroom with 2 beds 1.20×2.00 each that can be combined as a big double bed

The 2 double bedrooms have a private veranda. The third bedroom has a window. In this floor there is one big bathroom with bathtub, one smaller bathroom with a shower and a small space for the washing machine. The main bathroom has a big bathtub, sink, basin and the small bathroom has a shower, sink, basin.

This Villa has a nice garden with patio, a sun terrace and beautiful balconies with an incredible view. The peace and the silence will make your stay absolutely great! 

Villa Kiko  is the perfect choice for a family or for 3 couples of friends and it can accommodate up to 8 guests. 

The villa is located on the top of a hill so we suggest to rent a car. You can contact us for an offer, so you can rent it at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the Villa.

“Superb Villa. Perfect setting. Away from any hustle and bustle. Quiet and relaxing. We had absolutely everything we needed. Comfy and spacious Exceeded expectations! Lovely terraces to enjoy the sunset and a great breeze. Very comfortable living area and well equipped kitchen. Quiet location however accessible to the key areas if you have a car. The Host was very flexible on timing, very responsive and very friendly.”

Why Orkos? Orkos is a wonderful beach close to Mikri Vigla, the famous beach for kitesurf and windsurf lovers. Orkos is less famous but equally amazing place to stay, a quieter beach with an incredible transparent water! Mikri Vigla is composed by 2 beaches: Parthena and Sahara, both unique! We suggest you to spend time in this amazing beach, watching all the kites flying in the sky on the incredible blue water!
