Mariakis Luxury Studios is a small complex of 4 Studios, located in Chora, in the amazing island of Astypalea.

This complex is located under the Castle, just 80 meters from the main square of Chora.

From the terraces you can admire an incredible view of the famous Castle and the wonderful Windmills. Within walking distance, you will find traditional taverns, restaurants and cafes  in the little streets of Chora. 

The beach of Pera Gialos is located just 300 meters! The peace and the silence of this hotel will make your stay in Astypalea absolutely amazing. 

All the studios are decorated with high standard and are equipped with all modern amenities. 

NOTE – Considering the studios are equipped with kitchen utensils and electric appliances, on the arrival of the guests and once, the owner will provide the guests with supplies that will surely cover the first 5 days of their stay. In this way, the guests will be able to prepare their own breakfast.

“Beautiful location high up near the castle with a beautiful roof. You walk to everything in 2 minutes. I could park my bike right in front of the room. Beware no cars are allowed in those narrow alleys. Studios very clean and really nice decorated. Service impeccable, beautiful room and I’ll recommend it and I’ll definitely go back. Chora is the capital of Astypalea and it’s one of the most beautiful place of all the Greek Islands. You have to visit the old Castle, located on a top of a hill, with an incredible sea view.
