Plioni Villas is a complex of 2 Villas, each one with private pool and garden and 2 Sea View Suites with outdoor Jacuzzi. This complex is located in Mikri Vigla, at the end of Sahara Beach!

The amazing beach of Kastraki is located only 500 meters from the Complex.

Plioni Family Villa is a 125 m² 3 Bedrooms Villa with Private Pool.

The big pool 4.6m x 9.8m is surrounded by 150 m2 of lawn and a 720 m² Garden  with sunbeds. A large covered terrace of 53 m2 leads to the pool. To the right of the shaded terrace is the outside dining area, with a worktop with sink and an electric BBQ perfect for whipping up some delicious dinners under the stars at the big white marble table. You will have to look out at the Mountains through the tiny windows or gaze over the pool. It’s such a great place to just hang out and have fun!

This Villa has 3 floors.

The ground floor has a bright living room with dedicated sitting and dining areas, plus a fully equipped kitchen and a WC.

Going up to the elevated ground floor, only 6 steps, you reach the double bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and Turkish bath. This room has a splendid view of the countryside and a terrace where you can enjoy the panorama.

From the ground floor you go down 12 steps in the semi basement to a bright bedroom with 2 single beds, a single sofa bed and a large window overlooking a courtyard. On the left side there is a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with shower. Then you go down in the basement there the third bedroom with a double sofa bed, a walk-in closet, a big tv and a large window overlooking a courtyard. On the right there is a private bathroom with shower. 

Description of the 3 bedrooms:

Elevated ground floor: 1 bedroom with queen size bed, en-suite bathroom with steam bath’

Semi basement:  1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 single sofa bed, en-suite bathroom.

Basement: 1 bedroom with double sofa bed, large smart TV and en-suite bathroom.

We suggest you to rent a car or a scooter, you can contact us for an offer, so you can rent it at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the Villa.

Despite the presence of another adjoining villa, the layout allows to be quiet and intimate.
