Welcome to Seaside Naxos Holidays Villas – Complex of 4 Villas.
Seaside Naxos Holidays Villas is a complex of 4 independent Villas located in Plaka Beach.
Each villa has a Private Garden on its own 1000 m2 land and wonderful terraces where you can enjoy your dinner, waiting for the sunset.
The complex is located just 300 meters from the wonderful beach of Plaka.
There are 3 villas have a Private Pool. Every Villa can accommodate up to 8-10 guests. If you are a big group, you can rent also the other Villas.
We suggest you to rent a car or a scooter, you can contact us for an offer, so you can rent it at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the Villa.

Why Plaka? Plaka is the perfect spot for the sunset view and the color of the water makes this beach one of the most beautiful of Naxos. It is a very well-organized beach with sun beds, umbrellas, beach bars and restaurants. It’s a small area very close to Agios Prokopios and Agia Anna, wonderful beaches with amazing sunset view.

Villa Dimitra is a 180 m² 3 Bedrooms Villa.
It has 3 floors and there is an amazing Private Garden of 1000 m² with an Outdoor dining area.
It has a wonderful fully equipped kitchen, a living room, 3 bedrooms with 3 ensuite bathrooms and balconies with sea view and garden view.
On the ground floor there is the large living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom with a double bed with en-suite bathroom and a large shaded veranda with comfortable sitting area.
On the lower level there are the other 2 large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one has direct access a terrace with stairs leading up to the garden.
