Velonis Villas is a brand new 260 m² 4 Bedrooms Villa with a Private Pool and an  outdoor Jacuzzi. This villa is located about 700 meters from the famous Agia Anna Beach.

The Villa  features a fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious living areas, 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms.  Outdoors, a landscaped garden surrounds the private swimming pool, complete with comfortable sun loungers for moments of pure relaxation. A shaded veranda under a pergola offers the perfect setting for al fresco dining, with a large table overlooking stunning sea views.  From here, you can also admire the beauty of Chora, especially during the magical sunset hours.

The villa has 3 levels, ensuring both space and privacy:

The ground floor provides direct access to the garden and pool area. 

The lower level has 2 bedrooms.

The first floor features 2 additional bedrooms with access to spacious terraces offering breathtaking views. On this floor there is also an outdoor jacuzzi,  creating the perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the scenery.

For an elevated wellness experience, the villa also includes a private gym room and a luxurious bathroom!

Enhancing your stay, a continental breakfast is delivered directly to the villa each morning, allowing you to start your day in complete comfort.

This villa is located in Agia Anna, close to restaurants, supermarkets and beach bars. It is the perfect choice for a family or a big group of friends. The villa can accommodates up to 10 guests.

We suggest you to rent a car or a scooter, you can contact us for an offer, so you can rent it at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the Villa.

“The house is in a quiet location with a nice long outlook to the ocean and you could even watch the planes land in the far distance, but no plane noise. The walk down to the beach is probably around 10 minutes. The pool is lovely and there was a stunning view from the terrace. The pool area was nice, and the shadow of the house during the day meant you could get some shade if you wished. The host was so nice, helpful and welcoming and provided a gorgeous Greek breakfast each morning. The breakfast supplied at the house was really big and delivered daily. It consisted of croissants, a loaf of bread, ham & cheese slices, each day a different mix of spanakopita, a big egg omelet with potatoes, juice and every day a lovely cake cooked by Grandma! The property was clean and spacious, couldn’t recommend it more!!”

Why Agia Anna? At only 6 km from Chora, you can stay in Agia Anna, the perfect spot for the sunset view. It is a very well-organized beach with sun beds, umbrellas and beach bars and restaurants. The color of the water makes this beach one of the most beautiful of Naxos. It’s a small village very close to Agios Prokopios and Plaka, wonderful beaches with amazing sunset view.
