Villa Nissa is a wonderful 3 Bedrooms Villa with Private Pool located on a hill of Agia Paraskevi, overlooking Plaka Beach.

The Villa consists in a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with 2 sofa, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (one is en suite).

There is an outdoor area composed by a private pool 4.5×11 m., a dining area with a pergola, a nice table and sunbeds facing the wonderful panorama. 

You can enjoy your day in the second dining area that is a wonderful stone terrace, on the back of the villa, with a table and a gas grill for your barbeque!

There is also a garden that surround the property. You’ll fall in love for the breathtaking sea view, the sunset view and the panoramic view to Chora and the mountains.

This Villa is equipped with all modern amenities. 

This wonderful villa has:

• Bedroom 1: View over pool, mountain and sea – 1 double bed (1.6 m) a small Private Terrace above the pool area and a shared bathroom with the bedroom number 2.
• Bedroom 2: Mountain View – 1 double bed (1.6 m) and shared bathroom with the bedroom number 1. 
• Bedroom 3: View over pool, mountain and sea – 1 double bed (1.6 m) and a beautiful en suite bathroom and a big terrace.

The 2 Bathrooms have a shower.

Villa Nissa is the perfect choice for a family or a big group of friends. It can accommodate up to 6 Guests. If you are a big group (10 – 12 guests), you can rent also Villa Thea, just 4 steps from this Villa. 

Or you can rent Villa La Natura that is located just 2 minutes by car from Villa Thea.

Please be aware that you need a car to go up to the hill, you can contact us for an offer, so you can rent the car at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the villa.

“A breathtaking view of the sea. A modern, design and very well-equipped house. The owner was a great host who very quickly answers and provided great local recommendations. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful oasis. The pool is surprisingly big and the terrace area gives beautiful views of the surrounding islands at sunset. We ate outside every evening. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the utensils you could need. Supermarkets, local bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes drive. Perfect for quiet lunches by the pool and aperitifs overlooking the bay of Naxos and the reliefs of the island that “light up” in the sunset.”

Why Agia Paraskevi? Agia Paraskevi is a small hill very close the amazing beaches of Plaka, Orkos and Mikri Vigla. Plaka is the perfect spot for the sunset view and the color of the water makes this beach one of the most beautiful of Naxos. If you love kitesurf and windsurf, we suggest you to spend your time in Mikri Vigla and in Plaka.
