Villa Pergola is a 4 Bedrooms Villa with a private pool and garden, located close to the wonderful beach of Plaka.

This villa is located just 800 meters from the beach!  

There is a nice garden with a 6×4 m² swimming pool and an outdoor area!

Within walking distance, you will find traditional taverns, restaurants and cafes.

This 130 m² Villa consists in a small living room with a open plan fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 

On the Ground Floor there is a small living room with a sofa bed (that can accommodate up to 2 person) and a seating area and an open plan fully equipped kitchen. There is also 1 bedroom with three single beds, (2 beds can be joined into a double bed) and 1 bathroom.

From this floor you can go directly into the garden and relax in the large equipped veranda.

On the First Floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a nice sea view balcony and there is also one bathroom.

From this floor you can go directly to the Roof top terrace where you can admire an amazing sunset every evening!

On the Mezzanine there is 1 bedroom with one double bed and one bunk bed and a nice ensuite bathroom. This bedroom can accommodate up to 4 persons. 

There is also a 450 m² Garden with an outdoor kitchen, a dining area, an amazing Private Swimming Pool and a Sun terrace with sunbeds.

The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a large barbeque and a gazebo with table and chairs for having lunch or dinner.

The peace and the silence will make your stay absolutely great! The entire house is equipped with all modern amenities.

There is also a private parking for 3 cars.

Why Plaka? Plaka is the perfect spot for the sunset view and the color of the water makes this beach one of the most beautiful of Naxos. It is a very well-organized beach with sun beds, umbrellas, beach bars and restaurants. It’s a small area very close to Agios Prokopios and Agia Anna, wonderful beaches with an amazing sunset view.
