Villa Thea is an amazing villa with private pool located on the top of the hill of Agia Paraskevi, overlooking Plaka Beach.

This Villa consists in a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with 2 sofa and a piano, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one is ensuite).

There is an outdoor area composed by a private pool 3.5×11 m., a dining area with a a big table under a pergola and sunbeds facing the incredible panorama. 

You can enjoy your day in the second dining area that is a wonderful stone terrace, on the back of the villa, with a table and a gas grill for your barbeque!

There is also an amazing garden that surround the property with a wonderful view of the sea and the mountains.

You’ll fall in love for the breathtaking sea view, the sunset view and the panoramic view to Chora and to the mountains. The silence of this villa and its location, little bit far from the main beaches, will make your holiday absolutely amazing!

The entire house is equipped with all modern amenities. There are also at disposal for the guests 2 trekking bikes for mountain bike tours!

• Bedroom 3 Olive: Sea view over the Olive Garden, 2 single beds, a nice desk, easy access to back terrace with view to the mountains and shared bathroom with the Sea & Pool Bedroom.

Villa Thea is the perfect choice for a family or a big group of friends.

If you are a big group (10 – 12 person), you can rent also Villa Nissa, just 4 steps from this Villa. 

Or you can rent Villa La Natura that is located just 2 minutes by car from Villa Thea.

Please be aware that you need a car to go up to the hill, you can contact us for an offer, so you can rent the car at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the villa.

“Fabulous villa pool and outdoor space where we spent most of our time. Close to the beaches but definitely a short car ride away so transport is a must. Amazing views over the mountainous terrain and gorgeous sunsets every night over the horizon towards Paros. Made a lot of use of the BBQ as great supermarkets 15 mins away by car in Chora and Agios Prokopios. We made use of the speedy WIFI for some remote working so no worries there. The outdoor eating and social areas were also very nice. The views and sunsets were spectacular. The owner is a welcoming and very friendly host. Thanks again! Can we only recommend this place.”

Why Agia Paraskevi? Agia Paraskevi is a small hill very close the amazing beaches of Plaka, Orkos and Mikri Vigla. Plaka is the perfect spot for the sunset view and the color of the water makes this beach one of the most beautiful of Naxos. If you love kitesurf and windsurf, we suggest you to spend your time in Mikri Vigla and in Plaka.
