This 180 m² Villa consists in a fully equipped kitchen with a living room with 1 sofa bed, 3 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 bathrooms.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and the third bedroom is on the first floor and it has its own shower inside. Every bedroom has its own veranda.

All the villa has all around big verandas. There is also an outdoor jacuzzi on the first floor with a beautiful view!

In the ground floor there is one bathroom and the second one is on the first floor.

The kitchen and the living room are on the first floor.

There is also a very nice garden with an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy the spectacular sea view and sunset view.

The location is very well located (very close to the beaches of Agios Prokopios and Agia Anna). The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms are quite spacious! Very quiet area. It is the typical Greek small town, a perfect mix between the modern and the ancient Greece. You can find shops, restaurants, taverns and bars. Very suggested is a walk along the seaside, its street called “Paralia” is the perfect place where to spend a romantic night. In Chora you can stay in St. George Beach, with its beach bars, restaurants and shop you will immediately feel on holidays.
