It that features a two storeys plus a lower ground floor.

There is also an outdoor area of 1500 m² with a Private Pool and the gardens. 

On the Ground Floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a WC, an indoor dining area and an outdoor area, 1 bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. 

On the First Floor there are 2 sea view bedrooms with a double bed and their en suite bathrooms.

On the Lower Floor there is 1 bedroom with king size bed and a double sofa bed and en-suite bathroom and one maid’s room with single bed and en-suite bathroom
There is also a gym room and a laundry room with linen closets.

In the garden there is a second outdoor dining area with an incredible sea view.

This villa has a wonderful private pool with outdoor shower, a very big garden with also a BBQ area and an amazing sea view plus a private parking.

This a perfect choice for 8 guests. If you are more than 8 guests, you can rent also the Aqua North Breeze Villa.

The peace and the silence will make your stay absolutely great. All the villas are equipped with all modern amenities and they have amazing balconies where you can admire the view! 

Within walking distance, you can easily reach also the famous Orkos Beach. 

We suggest you to rent a car or a scooter, you can contact us for an offer, so you can rent it at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the Villa.

NOTE –  There is an exclusive use of sunbeds & umbrellas on the beach!

Why Plaka? Plaka is the perfect spot for the sunset view and the color of the water makes this beach one of the most beautiful of Naxos.
