Aqua Breeze Villas is a luxury complex of 2 Villas with private pools. It is located in front of the wonderful Plaka Beach.

Aqua Breeze North Villa is 245 m² 5 Bedrooms Villa with Private Pool.

It has 2 floors, a lower ground floor and an independent guest house! 

There is also an Outdoor Area of 1500 m² with a Private Pool and the gardens. In the garden there is a second outdoor dining area with an incredible sea view. 

On the Ground Floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and an indoor dining area. There is also 1 bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom.

On the First Floor there is one sea view bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. On this floor there is an independent apartment with a living room, a kitchenette, 1 double sofa bed, one bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom.

On the Lower Floor there is a Guest Room with a double bedroom with en- suite bathroom, one twin sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette with a dining table. There is also one maid’s room with a double bed and en suite bathroom, a  kitchenette & 1 laundry room with linen closets.

There is also a yard with amazing sea view. 

There is also an independent Guesthouse with a kitchenette, 1 double bed and 1 bathroom.

In total there are 5 ensuite bathrooms and one WC.

This villa has a wonderful private pool with outdoor shower, a very big garden with also a BBQ area and an amazing sea view plus a private parking.

The peace and the silence will make your stay absolutely great. All the villas are equipped with all modern amenities and they have amazing balconies where you can admire the view! 

Within walking distance, you can easily reach also the famous Orkos Beach. 

NOTE –  There is an exclusive use of sunbeds & umbrellas on the beach!

We suggest you to rent a car or a scooter, you can contact us for an offer, so you can rent it at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the Villa.

Why Plaka? Plaka is the perfect spot for the sunset view and the color of the water makes this beach one of the most beautiful of Naxos. It is a very well-organized beach with sun beds, umbrellas, beach bars and restaurants. It’s a small area very close to Agios Prokopios and Agia Anna, wonderful beaches with amazing sunset view.
