C & G Villas is an amazing 125 m² 3 Bedrooms Villa with a Private Pool. It is located very close to the famous Agia Anna Beach.

This brand new Villa consists in a fully equipped modern kitchen, a living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a 6.7m X 4m Private Pool (depth 1.30 – 1.60 cm) with Sun loungers and Sun beds.

There is a large Outdoor Patio with a wooden Pergola where you can enjoy your dinner, waiting for the famous Greek Sunset!

On the 1st Level there is the kitchen, the living room, one double bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower and there is also one WC.

On the 2nd Level there is one double bedroom with a double bed with an en suite bathroom with shower and one bedroom with two single beds (they must be converted in a double bed) and an en suite bathroom with shower.

The villa is located just 900 meters from the beach! You can admire an amazing sea view from! 

It is the perfect choice for a family or a big group of friends. The villa can accommodates up to 6 guests.

We suggest you to rent a car or a scooter, you can contact us for an offer, so you can rent it at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the Villa.

Why Agia Anna? At only 6 km from Chora, you can stay in Agia Anna, the perfect spot for the sunset view. It is a very well-organized beach with sun beds, umbrellas and beach bars and restaurants. The color of the water makes this beach one of the most beautiful of Naxos. It’s a small village very close to Agios Prokopios and Plaka, wonderful beaches with amazing sunset view.
