Montana Villa Naxos is an amazing 170 m² 5 Bedrooms Villa with a Private Pool.

It is located on the hill of Stelida, overlooking Agios Prokopios Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches of Naxos. 

The Villa consists in a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a dining area, 2 living rooms. There is also a 18 m² Guesthouse with a double bed and a bathroom.

On the ground floor there is one bedroom and 1 bathroom, the kitchen and a big living room with an incredible TV. 

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a nice sitting area. 

On the top floor there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a private terrace with an incredible sea view.

At disposal of the Guests there is a wonderful Private Garden of 2.000 m² with a 50 m2 Infinity Private Pool with an Outdoor Dining area! 

You will fall in love for the breathtaking sea view, the sunset view and the panoramic view to Chora and the mountains.

Montana Villa is the perfect choice for a family or a big group of friends. It can accommodate up to 10 Guests. If you are more than 10 guests, you can rent also Villa Valea, just 100 meters from Villa Montana.

We suggest you to rent a car, you can contact us for an offer, so you can rent it at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the Villa.

“Property is stunning, well thought out floor plan and landscape. Beach within walking distance (hilly) very enjoyable stay! The villa is in a quiet location but close to a supermarket, cafes and beaches. We spent our first evening in and around the infinity pool. What a view of the Aegean! It was incredible. The pool area was large and very clean with plenty of towels and loungers. It’s a two-minute walk to the beach via a trail right in front of the home. We spent a few evenings watching movies on the large projection screen and sitting on either of two rooftop terraces watching the sunset. The Host welcomed us and was always in contact to make sure we had everything we needed, no matter the time.”

Why Ag. Prokopios? At only 4 km from Chora you can stay in Agios Prokopios. It is a Blue Flag awarded Beach with crystal clear waters and excellent infrastructure, and it is considered one of the most beautiful beaches of Cyclades. You can find restaurants, shops and beach bars! It’s a small village very close to Agia Anna and Plaka, wonderful beaches with amazing sunset view.
