There is also an amazing private swimming pool with an outdoor dining area and an outdoor shower and a wonderful garden of 550 m².

On the ground floor there is the living room with 1 single sofa bed and 1 bathroom.

A few steps up there is the fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a nice sea view and pool view terrace.

On the lower level there are 2 bedrooms with double or twin bed and 1 bathroom.

On the first floor there is the bedroom with 1 double bed and one en suite bathroom and a nice balcony with sea view.

There is also an amazing rooftop terrace with a wonderful sea view.

This villa has a breathtaking sea view, a sunset view and a panoramic view to Paros.

The views of the sea from the house are sensational and the peace and the silence will make your stay absolutely great!

The entire house is equipped with all modern amenities.
