It is located 50 meters back from the road in a peaceful rural area, very close to Agia Anna Beach.

This Villa consists in a 2 equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is also a big garden with a Private Pool, with sun loungers.

You can relax in the 0utdoor patio under a wooden Pergola with an outdoor kitchen with an oven and a BBQ and a big table, perfect for your dinner! 

The villa has a ground floor with direct access to the garden and and first and second floors, with wonderful terraces with an incredible view!

This villa is located on the main street that connect Chora with Agia Anna, so you will need a car to reach restaurants, supermarkets and beach bars.

It is the perfect choice for a family or a big group of friends. The villa can accommodates up to 13 guests (10 in the 5 bedrooms plus 3 guests in the sofa beds).

We suggest you to rent a car or a scooter, you can contact us for an offer, so you can rent it at your arrival at the port/airport and you can reach directly the Villa.

“Lovely house and great outdoor facilities. The grill area, the kitchen, the pool. Everything was amazing. It is easy to get into the main town and to the beach and it had a nice view of the mountains and sea from the terrace. Bedroom sizes were great as well as living spaces. There are two kitchens which is convenient! The bedrooms are lovely with terraces and plenty of space. The outside area/ pool and BBQ was fantastic. The house in general is great and the hosts helped us with everything and were always available for anything we needed. We would return without hesitation!”

Why Agia Anna? At only 6 km from Chora, you can stay in Agia Anna, the perfect spot for the sunset view. It is a very well-organized beach with sun beds, umbrellas and beach bars and restaurants. The color of the water makes this beach one of the most beautiful of Naxos. It’s a small village very close to Agios Prokopios and Plaka, wonderful beaches with amazing sunset view.
