The complex is located in Drios, a nice fishing village located on the southeast coast of Paros, approximately 25 km from Parikia. At 1 km, you can reach the famous Golden Beach, an international destination for windsurfing and water sports lovers. In this area there are also nice taverns and restaurants.
The peace and the silence of this place will make your stay absolutely perfect.
At only 250 meters you can reach the beautiful Drios Beach and the center of Drios is only 300 meters from the Villas. In this area you can find nice restaurants and typical Greek Taverns.
This is the perfect location families searching for an elegant accommodation, close to the beach.

Why Paros? Paros is right in front of Naxos, only 30 minutes away by ferry! It’s a very nice island, with incredible and wonderful beaches! Naoussa and Parikia will welcome you with amazing restaurants, old streets, churches, taverns and beach bars! This island has a coastline of over 120 km and it will be easy to find both sandy beaches and rocky coastal areas. Paros is also very popular for windsurf and kite surf lovers.

This 160 m² Villa is composed by 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
There are also amazing verandas and terraces, a private swimming pool, a sun terrace with sunbeds, a BBQ area, a garden, an outdoor dining area & furniture and a private parking.
On the Ground Floor there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, an ensuite bathroom and a terrace; 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed or 1 double bed and 1 bunk bed each room and 1 common bathroom. There is also a storage room.
On the First Floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace and nice sofas, a fully equipped kitchen with a big dining table, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. From this floor you can have a nice sea view!
